Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors & channel partners
- Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Promote rooftop solar and other solar energy solutions
- Conduct dealer/customer meetings and field visits
- Manage leads, sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with technical, installation and service teams
- Ensure timely order processing and payment collection
- Build strong long-term relationships with channel partners

Candidate Profile





- Graduate / MBA and preferred Bajaj finance/ Home credit/IDFC/ L&T;/ Tata Capital/ Consumer finance background candidate.
- 4–8 years of experience in sales/channel sales preferred
- Electronic/consumer durable product experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of local market
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Candidates with an existing dealer/distributor network will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
