Role & responsibilities

- Drive sales, distribution and business growth across assigned markets.
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing & Channel Development plans.
- Drive secondary sales through availability and market activation.
- Plan and execute trade marketing, visibility, POSM and in-store activation programs.
- Ensure proper warm/chilled product displays and share of shelf.
- Drive new product launches, sampling and distribution across channels.
- Plan and execute festival and regional activations.
- Manage distributors, vendors and key channels.




- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Procurement and Commercial teams.
- Guide and motivate TSEs/distributor salesmen to improve availability and visibility.
- Analyze market data and competition to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have 4-9 years of FMCG/Beverage sales experience with robust exposure to Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing and Channel Development, along with good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
