Open Role: Area Manager

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth disbursals across the assigned territory

- Onboard, activate scale Channel Partners (DSA network)

- Lead mentor a high-performing sales team

- Ensure solid lead conversion, follow-ups closures

- Build relationships with Banks NBFCs

- Track performance through regular MIS reporting

Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in Loans / BFSI Sales

- Proven DSA / Channel Sales exposure

- Strong communication negotiation skills

- Experience in team handling leadership

- Hunger to grow in a fast-scaling fintech environment
