Job Purpose:

To achieve sales targets, manage the assigned territory, develop business, and effectively supervise and support the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors and key customers.
- Plan and execute doctor/chemist calls and territory coverage as per company norms.
- Ensure effective promotion and detailing of company products.
- Appoint, develop and manage stockists/distributors in the assigned area.
- Monitor product availability, secondary sales and stock movement.
- Supervise, guide and review the performance of Medical Representatives/Sales Representatives.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint working with team members.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely submission of daily/monthly sales reports, tour plans and expense statements.
- Control sales expenses within the approved company budget.
- Follow all company sales policies, reporting procedures and ethical marketing practices.
- Coordinate with Head Office, Accounts,



Logistics and other departments for sales and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the assigned territory.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate; B.Sc./B.Pharm/BBA/MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in handling a sales team/territory preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
