Position: Area Business Manager (ABM)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Khandwa & Khargone, Madhya Pradesh

Reporting To: Regional/Zonal Sales Manager

About the RoleAlpero Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Area Business Manager (ABM) to manage and develop business operations across Khandwa and Khargone.

The ABM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the field sales team, developing strong relationships with doctors and key customers, managing distributors/stockists, and ensuring effective implementation of the company's marketing and sales strategies.

Candidate ProfileEducation:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, or another relevant field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Prior experience in an ABM/ASM/First-Line Manager role will be preferred.




- Candidates with strong MR experience and proven leadership capability may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Solid doctor relationship and communication skills.
- Good understanding of distributors, stockists and retail markets.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Sales reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong planning, execution and follow-up skills.

Preferred CandidateCandidates having good knowledge of the Khandwa & Khargone pharmaceutical market, established doctor/chemist relationships and experience in handling an MR team will be preferred. What We Offer
