Architecture Mentor cum PMC Engineer

LATN Academy is seeking an experienced Architecture Mentor cum PMC Engineer to train aspiring architects while also supporting Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, proficiency in architectural software, and a passion for mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training in Architecture and Interior Design
- Teach and guide students in architectural and visualization software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- D5 Render
- Other relevant architectural, BIM, and rendering software
- Guide students through live architectural and interior design projects
- Train students in BIM workflows and professional architectural practices
- Handle PMC activities including site coordination, project documentation, BOQ preparation, estimation, and quality monitoring
- Review architectural drawings, Revit models, and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Prepare project reports, BOQs, estimates, and technical documentation
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress and quality
- Mentor students in industry workflows, design standards, construction practices, and skilled practices
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Architectural Design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit




- Good working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render, and other rendering/visualization software
- Understanding of BIM concepts and Revit workflows
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying
- Site supervision and project coordination skills
- Good understanding of building materials and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Architecture or Interior Design
- Experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
- Experience handling live construction projects
- Practical experience in Revit/BIM-based architectural projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both academic training and professional project responsibilities
