About the Role

Assotech Limited is looking for enthusiastic and creative Architect Interns to join our team in Noida. The intern will get practical exposure to architectural design, planning, drawings, coordination, and real estate development projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for architecture students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the architecture team in preparing architectural drawings and layouts.
- Support the preparation and modification of plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Assist in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Work on AutoCAD drawings and basic architectural documentation.
- Assist in preparing drawings and documents for project coordination.
- Coordinate with the Architecture, Civil, MEP, and Project teams as required.
- Assist in reviewing drawings and identifying design or documentation discrepancies.
- Support the team in preparing project presentations, schedules, and other architectural documents.
- Assist with site visits and understand the execution of architectural designs at project sites.
- Conduct basic research on materials, finishes, design standards,



and architectural solutions.
- Maintain proper records of drawings and project-related documents.
- Perform other architecture-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Arch pursuing students / B.Arch graduates.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of basic architectural principles and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative approach with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional project environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
