About the opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established boutique Architectural & Interior Design firm based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Executive who combines solid technical expertise with commercial acumen to support high-end commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, along with a thorough understanding of architectural and interior drawings across all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural and interior drawings.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and project cost estimations.
- Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings for commercial fit-out projects.
- Prepare cost sheets, rate analysis, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with design, execution, procurement, and vendor teams for accurate costing.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, and specifications while identifying cost-effective alternatives.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement planning, and project cost monitoring.
- Support tendering, vendor comparisons,



and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure estimates align with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related

discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in estimation and techno-commercial roles within the interior fit-out

industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior execution and project lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Proficient in preparing BOQs, BOMs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
- Restaurants & Cafs
- Retail Stores & Showrooms
- Commercial Office Interiors
- Hospitality Projects

Experience in high-end residential interiors will be an added advantage. Software Skills : AutoCAD | Microsoft Excel (Advanced) | MS Office | SketchUp/Revit (Preferred)
