Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
As an Architectural BIM specialist / Constructing Architect, you will be based in India (Chennai office) and become part of a supportive architectural community of more than 400 architects and project managers. In this role, you will support the delivery of diverse projects across Scandinavia, including hospitals, schools, residential buildings, metro systems, carbon capture facilities, and many more.
This position offers a great opportunity to develop your expertise in the latest digital tools and technologies while working alongside experienced architects and design specialists from across the Nordic region. You will contribute to design development and project delivery, gaining valuable international experience in a collaborative environment.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in project development and team meetings
- Modeling of various buildings in Revit environment
- Preparing drawings and technical documentation
- Delivering according to deadlines
- Maintaining constructive and value-adding relationships with colleagues from the Lithuania & Nordic country office

On top of that, you should:
- Have a bachelor's and/or master’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering. Education obtained in Denmark, Norway or Sweden would be considered an advantage.
- Have at least 5 years of experience using Revit software.
- Have at least 5 years of experience working professionally in the Architectural field.
- Possess knowledge of current architecture industry trends and have a positive technical understanding.
- Knowledge of EU Architectural codes and regulations (Universal design, LCA, etc.) would be considered an advantage.
- Have proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
