Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Architecture – Villa Projects (Pan India), office based in Dombivli. The role involves designing and developing architectural concepts for villa projects, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations.

Responsibilities It include coordinating with interior designers, structural engineers, and contractors, reviewing integration of architectural and interior elements, and overseeing site execution to ensure design intent is maintained. The role also requires regular site visits, managing design changes, and supporting project timelines and budgets. The architect will collaborate with stakeholders, present design solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards across projects in different locations.





Collaboration Opportunity Biric Interio is looking to collaborate with individual Architects / Independent Architects experienced in Villa and High-End Residential Projects across India.

This is a professional collaboration opportunity for architects who can contribute their architectural expertise to premium villa projects and work closely with our interior design and project execution teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in villa or high-end residential projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Solution Architecture and Integration to ensure cohesive design between structural, interior, and MEP elements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and in office teams.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of visualization tools.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes, especially for residential and villa developments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work on-site, and adapt to travel requirements for Pan India villa projects.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to high-quality design and execution.
