Role Description
Urbane is seeking a talented Architect for a full-time, in office position at our South Delhi office. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative architectural designs, ensuring the integration of sustainable practices, and participating in project management activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring design coherence, and delivering projects within deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and general Architecture concepts.
- Experience in Project Management and coordination to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural visualization and design.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other relevant design software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling large-scale architectural projects will be advantageous.
