Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating designs that align with project requirements, regulations, and cultural context. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineering and construction teams, reviewing and refining design proposals, ensuring integration of building systems, and participating in site visits to monitor design implementation.

The role involves managing project documentation,



supporting project timelines and budgets, and communicating with stakeholders to address design-related queries and revisions. The Architect will also contribute to design quality, sustainability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards across government and heritage projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and context-sensitive solutions.
- Experience with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering systems.
- Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track design deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts or collaboration with software teams for design tools, BIM workflows, or digital project coordination.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic knowledge of BIM methodologies.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to government and heritage projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams in office.
