Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural planning and design tasks.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Support the team in developing design concepts and project documentation.
- Conduct research on architectural materials, trends, and building standards.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Revise drawings and designs based on feedback.

Requirements

Priority 1

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Prior internship or project experience in Architecture is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,



or similar design software.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, design principles, and space planning.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable in completing assigned tasks.

Priority 2

- Any educational background is acceptable (Architecture background is not mandatory).
- No prior experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of design software.
- A keen willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
