About the Role: We are looking for a qualified, detail-oriented Civil Architect (B.Arch) to oversee architectural planning, working drawings, and civil execution across our projects. If you have a solid foundation in architectural design, building codes, structural layout planning, and site coordination, this role is for you! We welcome both promising B.Arch graduates and experienced architects ready to lead civil and architectural projects.​

Key Responsibilities:​ Architectural Planning & Working Drawings: Create detailed 2D architectural layouts, floor plans, structural details, elevations, and submission drawings adhering to standard building codes.​

Site Supervision & Technical Quality: Visit project sites to ensure civil construction, structural work, and layout execution align precisely with architectural drawings and engineering standards.​

Client & Technical Coordination: Meet with clients and engineering teams to discuss architectural requirements, budget constraints, structural feasibility, and material specifications.​

Costing & Material Approval:



Prepare quantity estimates, inspect civil/architectural materials for quality standard, and approve technical specifications before execution.​

What We Offer:​ Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set).​Probation & Training: 1 month probation period with guidance on company workflows, leading to permanent placement upon evaluation.​

Requirements:​ Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) degree is mandatory.​

Software Proficiency: Robust expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural drafting software (focus on working and civil drawings rather than 3D interior renders).​

Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of building codes, structural concepts, civil execution methods, and site measurements.

Allowances: Fuel and site travel allowances provided for official visits.​
