We are currently hiring Architect (Prefab / Modular Construction) for one of our clients.

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented Architect to develop precise, execution-ready architectural designs for prefab and modular construction projects. The candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and a practical understanding of structural systems, prefab logic, and on-site constructability.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings, sections, and architectural details.
- Prepare structural connection details such as wall-to-floor and truss-to-roof connections.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure designs are structurally feasible, buildable, and cost-efficient.
- Review and incorporate site feedback into drawings.
- Prepare execution-level detailing for prefab and modular construction.
- Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentations.
- Manage drawing revisions and ensure timely submission of updated drawings.
- Identify potential design and execution issues before construction.
- Ensure drawings are compatible with actual site conditions and construction systems.





Technical Requirements

- AutoCAD Mandatory
- SketchUp Required
- Enscape Required
- Canva for presentations.
- Strong knowledge of architectural working drawings and detailing.
- Understanding of structural systems and prefab construction.
- Ability to prepare execution-ready drawings.

Mandatory Knowledge

- Basic understanding of load paths.
- Structural connections and detailing.
- Prefabricated and modular construction principles.
- Construction materials and systems.
- Site execution and constructability.
