Experience Range: 10+ Years Overall Experience (5-7 Years Relevant SAP FICA Experience)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP FICA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) and hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end FICA solution design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and stakeholder management across enterprise-scale implementations.

Must-Have Skills SAP FICA Functional Expertise

- 5-7 years of hands-on SAP FICA experience.

- Business Partner (BP) & Contract Account (CA)
- Posting & Documents
- Payment Processing (Payment Lot, Direct Debit)

- Dunning

- Interest Calculation

- Security Deposits

- Returns Processing
- Write-offs

- Account Balance Management

SAP S/4HANA Migration & Conversion

- Experience in at least one full lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA Migration/Conversion project.

- Expertise in

- Business Partner (BP) Conversion

- Contract Account Migration
- Open Item & Historical Data Migration
- Data Cleansing & Reconciliation
- Impact Analysis of FICA customizations during S/4HANA transformation

Integration & Architecture

- Integration experience with:
- SAP FI-CO





- SAP SD
- SAP BRIM (preferred integration exposure)
- Strong understanding of GL integration, reconciliation, and revenue posting processes.

Data Migration & Testing

- Experience with:
- LTMC / Migrate Your Data App

- LSMW

- BAPIs
- FICA master and transaction data migration
- Hands-on involvement in:

- Unit Testing

- SIT/UAT

- Cutover Planning

- Hypercare Support

Project & Stakeholder Management

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications (WRICEF) and work closely with ABAP teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Certification (Finance or FICA related).
- Exposure to SAP BRIM (Billing & Revenue Innovation Management).
- Knowledge of Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Experience with SAP Fiori Apps for FICA and Billing.
