Company Description Aakriti Studio EPC is an engineering, procurement, and construction company based in South Delhi, focused on disciplined execution from concept to completion. The team manages procurement, construction, and site execution through a carefully structured process that preserves design intent throughout the build. Projects span commercial interiors, office spaces, and residential developments, all delivered through a streamlined EPC framework.

Timelines, quality, and on-site execution are central priorities, offering clients reliable outcomes and well-coordinated project delivery.

We are looking for an Architect with 4–5 years of practical experience in residential real estate and construction, with strong knowledge of BOQs, working drawings, quantity take-offs, detailing, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review architectural and working drawings.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and execution drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Review vendor and contractor quotations against approved BOQs.
- Identify drawing discrepancies before site execution.




- Support project costing, budgeting, and material planning.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and designers.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution-related drawing issues.
- Track design changes and their impact on quantity, cost, and timelines.
- Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.

Required Skills

- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with real estate developers, builder floors, luxury residences, or construction companies preferred.
- Robust AutoCAD knowledge.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and execution methodology.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving ability.

Key KPIs

BOQ accuracy, drawing accuracy, timely issuance of drawings, reduction in site errors, cost control, coordination efficiency, and execution quality.
