Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management in front-end development.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Good communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly for diverse audiences.
