As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide timely support.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and system changes effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Callidus modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and integrate solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify root causes of system failures.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
