Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in troubleshooting activities.
- Continuously monitor system health and escalate issues when necessary to maintain service levels.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a production environment.
- Ability to work with logs, alerts, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.
