Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Global Payroll.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting payroll processes and integrations in a global environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management practices to ensure timely resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
