Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience in monitoring application performance and identifying bottlenecks.
- Ability to work with log files, trace data, and system metrics to troubleshoot problems.
- Valuable communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
