Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB, Cloud AWS, Azure (EC2, VM, S3, Storage, CloudWatch), IAC - Terraform, Scripts - Shell Scripts, Ansible, YAML,CI/CD Harness, DBA - Mongo (Intermediate Level)
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system metrics.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for database systems.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools to track system availability and performance.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MongoDB.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
