Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team performance and service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective remediation strategies.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP GRC modules to support organizational policies.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.
