- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to enterprise software support.
- Experience in managing and resolving complex software issues in a multi-component environment.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.
