Role Description The Application Specialist role at InterMedics Healthcare LLP is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will provide day-to-day application support for clinical and healthcare technology solutions, including installing, configuring, and maintaining applications used across infertility and related specialties.

Responsibilities include responding to user queries, troubleshooting technical and functional issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and documenting solutions and best practices.

The Application

Specialist will conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals, gather and analyze user feedback,



and contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and user experience. The role requires close collaboration with clinical and operations teams to ensure applications support safe, efficient, and reliable patient care workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills for healthcare or medical software systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and implement effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with healthcare practitioners, internal teams, and vendors.
- Relevant experience working with clinical or healthcare technology platforms, preferably in infertility, gynecology, or critical care settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly to time-sensitive support requests.
- Familiarity with medical device integration, hospital information systems, or electronic health records is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered practices and adherence to healthcare quality and safety standards.
