Summary

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a focus on creating solutions that support organizational goals, ensuring that applications are both functional and efficient. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand needs and translating those into technical implementations, while continuously refining and optimizing application performance to support evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Experience in designing and deploying secure, scalable, and high-performance application solutions using IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Robust understanding of application integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with configuration management and version control systems related to application development.
- Skilled in optimizing application workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
