- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Robust knowledge of application design principles and best practices related to enterprise integration.
- Experience in configuring and deploying services within complex application environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and security.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
