Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect/Principal engineer with strong expertise in .NET and experience in React-based front-end development to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves designing and developing modern web applications using .NET technologies for backend services and React for front-end user interfaces. The candidate will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in API development, microservices architecture, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud-ready application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end architecture for a given application(s)



and also responsible for technical delivery of the application.

Design, build and manage AI workflows/agents for AI-Driven application development using .NET and React tech stack.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core / .NET 7+ and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable application architectures and reusable components.
- Implement secure and efficient data access layers using Entity Framework or similar ORM frameworks.
- Develop reusable front-end components and integrate them with backend services.
- Participate in application design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across backend and frontend components.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs, authentication systems, and external services.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automated builds,



and deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application layers.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through testing and validation.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–10 years of experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C# for backend application development.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Solid experience building front-end applications using React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Entity Framework / ORM frameworks for database interaction.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker is preferred.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is desirable.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
