Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Application Analysts with strong expertise in application analysis, technical documentation, application support, and understanding of application architecture and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience reviewing source code, databases, APIs, infrastructure components, and creating comprehensive technical documentation to support

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze application functionality, architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Review source code, databases, APIs, and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with developers, support teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documents, architecture diagrams, process flows, and support runbooks.
- Develop knowledge transfer materials and application support documentation.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and document recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing application support.
- Work with cloud environments and application infrastructure to understand technical dependencies.

Eligibility Requirements:

- 5-6+ years of experience in Application Analysis, Business Analysis, Technical Documentation, or Application Support.




- Robust understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience withtechnical documentation and application analysis.
- Knowledge of PHP, Symfony, JavaScript, MySQL, Linux, and Azure is preferred.
- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to understand application architecture, integrations, and data flows.
