Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable applications within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
- Ability to configure and customize marketing cloud solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience with data integration and automation workflows within marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with managing and optimizing customer journeys and campaign executions.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing cloud applications.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
