Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin and Java, a good understanding of Android architecture and Jetpack libraries, and experience building scalable and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Kotlin and Java.
- Work with Android SDK and Android Studio to develop and debug applications.
- Implement Android application lifecycle and components effectively.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle JSON data.
- Work with Android Jetpack libraries such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, and WorkManager.
- Implement appropriate architecture patterns such as MVVM/MVC.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using XML and/or Jetpack Compose.




- Use Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous and reactive programming.
- Debug application issues, analyze crashes, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver quality products.
- Use Git and version control systems for source code management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in Android application development.
- Robust programming skills in Kotlin and Java.
- Good knowledge of the Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Experience developing and publishing Android applications.
- Solid understanding of the Android application lifecycle and components.
- Hands-on experience with Android Jetpack libraries, including:

- ViewModel

- LiveData

- Room

- Navigation

- WorkManager
- Good understanding of MVVM/MVC or other Android architecture patterns.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
- Good understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and LiveData.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with Android UI development using XML and/or Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, and crash analysis.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.
