Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and agile Anchor with 2–3 years of professional experience to host and present engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to deliver content with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and present videos, interviews, podcasts, and live sessions.
- Deliver scripts confidently while maintaining a natural and engaging presentation style.
- Collaborate with the content, production, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Research topics and contribute creative ideas for engaging presentations.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, clients, and guests.
- Ensure accurate pronunciation, tone, and delivery aligned with the brand's voice.
- Participate in rehearsals and provide feedback to improve content quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and current affairs relevant to the content.
- Handle live events, webinars, and promotional campaigns when required.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand effectively on camera.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Anchor, Presenter, Host, or Video Presenter.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English (additional regional language proficiency is an advantage).
- Confident on-camera presence with clear diction and voice modulation.
- Ability to memorize and deliver scripts naturally.
- Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of video production and teleprompter usage is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with digital media, YouTube, or social media content.
- Knowledge of current trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to improvise during live sessions and handle unexpected situations professionally.

Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in anchoring, hosting, or presenting.
