- Proven experience implementing transactional or ecommerce tracking, including purchases, bookings, refunds, or similar revenue-generating events.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GTM, including data layers, custom events, triggers, variables, custom tags, and tracking governance.
- Proficiency in JavaScript with the ability to write, read, and debug tracking implementations.
- Working knowledge of server-side tagging and server-side GTM implementations.
- Hands-on understanding of the GA4 Measurement Protocol and server-generated event tracking.

- Understanding of Consent Mode and the impact of privacy regulations on analytics and data collection.
- Strong debugging skills using GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant, and browser developer tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to participate confidently in technical discussions with client engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

- Experience with HubSpot operations, including properties, workflows, contact mapping, and API integrations.
- Experience building reporting solutions using Looker Studio or similar BI platforms.
- Working knowledge of BigQuery and SQL.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms such as Segment or RudderStack.
