The Role The Venture Debt team is looking to add an investment skilled at Analyst/Associate level to our growing Venture Debt team in Bengaluru. The Fund has made over 60 investments from Series A to Pre-IPO and as an active team member, you will play a hands-on role across the deal lifecycle- from origination and underwriting to structuring, IC memo preparation, documentation support, and ongoing portfolio monitoring — working directly with senior leadership on live transactions."

What You'll Do

Transaction Evaluation & Execution

•Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.

•Conduct end-to-end due diligence covering financial analysis, business model evaluation, and regulatory assessments.

•Support credit underwriting and transaction structuring, assessing factors such as leverage, liquidity, collateral quality, and cash flow stability.

•Support end-to-end execution of private credit and growth debt transactions.

Origination Support





•Conduct market and sector research to identify new investment opportunities.

•Track borrower and sponsor activity to support origination pipeline development.

•Assist senior team members in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management

•Track covenant compliance, financial milestones, and early warning indicators across the active portfolio.

•Prepare portfolio updates for internal leadership and investors. Escalate credit risks proactively; contribute to restructuring or exit decisions.

Internal Coordination

•Collaborate with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with internal processes.

•Support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio review exercises.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

•2-4 years in venture debt, structured credit, banking or IB.

•Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with familiarity in financial statement analysis, accounting fundamentals and credit underwriting.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic exposure to financial modelling or valuation is an advantage.

•High attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.

•Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in lean teams.

•CA or MBA (finance).
