Summary The Analyst People Services is responsible for executing employee lifecycle transactions and resolving Tier 2 HR inquiries across Asian countries. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of HR data, supports compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and serves as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and People Partners.

Analyst also supports process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the People Services team.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Service Delivery
Execute employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, leaves of absence, others).
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and SOPs.
Support mass data uploads, organizational changes, and HR data audits.
Inquiry Management
Respond to Tier 2 HR inquiries from employees and managers via case management tools.
Resolve issues related to employee records, policy interpretation, and process exceptions.
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the Senior Analyst People Services or appropriate CoE.
Collaboration Stakeholder Support
Partner with People Partners, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support onboarding and training of current People Services team members.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Compliance Documentation
Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and case resolutions.
Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
Process Improvement
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to Senior Analyst and Senior Manager.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and knowledge articles.
Participate in system testing and implementation of process enhancements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably supporting Asian countries.
Systems: Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is a plus.
Languages: English language is required.
