Roles and Responsibilities:

- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Well-organized and detail-oriented

- Analytical thinker

- Ability to meet process SLAs (TAT & Quality)

- Responsible to comprehend, and having positive customer service attitude to clarify articulate the resolution

- Transaction process for US Life/Annuity processes

- Good time management and organizational skill

Requirements/Qualifications:





- Any bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical) with 2025 or 2026 pass outs only. (No B.Tech)

- 0 to 1 year of experience in US Insurance Operations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

- Must be details and solutions oriented

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong computer proficiency

- Typing speed should be 30 WPM

- Flexible for night shifts

Preferred Skillsets:

- US Life Insurance and Annuity awareness

- Proficiency in MS Office
