Role Description The Analyst IT role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and optimizing the company’s technology infrastructure and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring systems and applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing timely technical support to internal teams and external users.

The Analyst IT will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze system performance, document incidents, and suggest improvements that enhance reliability, security, and user experience. This role also involves assisting with software implementation, maintaining knowledge bases,



and contributing to IT process standardization and automation in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess issues, interpret data, and recommend effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess core Information Technology knowledge, including systems, applications, networks, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing problems, resolving incidents, and guiding users through solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills for collaborating with teams, documenting issues, and supporting non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and cloud-based platforms; familiarity with EdTech or SaaS environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Continuous learning mindset and interest in emerging technologies, especially AI-powered solutions and digital education platforms.
