Position Summary





We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting, financial operations, and business processes while working with experienced professionals in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately.
- Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
- Verify invoices and support documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Generate reports using Excel and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com), BBA (Finance), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
