We are seeking highly skilled Freshers and innovative Analog Designer with 0 -12+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Analog Designer, you will be responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of analog/mixed-signal circuits for a variety of applications. You will work closely with other members of the design team to ensure that our products meet performance, power, and reliability requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design, simulation tools, and experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS technologies, Power Management, Data Converters, and High Speed SERDES.

- Lead Analog Circuit Design Engineer: 6 12 years
- Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer: 2 6 years
- Analog Circuit Design Engineer: 0 2 years

Responsibilities:

- Design and simulate analog/mixed-signal circuits including amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and voltage regulators.
- Perform circuit analysis, design trade-offs, and optimization to meet performance specifications.
- Work closely with the digital design team to integrate analog and digital circuits on mixed-signal chips.
- Develop and maintain design documentation including schematics, simulation results, and design verification reports.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure proper layout of analog circuits for manufacturability and reliability.
- Participate in silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization of analog circuits.





Requirements:

- Bachelor s/Master s/Ph.D. degree in Electrical Communication Engineering.
- Robust understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit theory and design techniques.
- Proficiency with analog circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE.
- Experience in Power Management, Data Converters, High Speed SERDES.
- Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS process technologies.
- Familiarity with layout principles and tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with mixed-signal IC design and verification methodologies is a plus.
