Today, citizens' identity details are duplicated 10–15 times across independent databases, draining public funds through ballooning server costs and exposing the populace to phishing vectors.

The UAP re-architects this model into a single Unified Citizen Registry (UCR). By tethering civic assets, liabilities, and permits to a single digital profile—accessible via Aadhaar or a 16-digit Universal Identity Code—Mission Kranti enables an "apply once, update everywhere" framework.
