AMC Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to existing and potential customers for AMC services.

- Follow up with customers for AMC renewal and recent AMC contracts.

- Handle customer service calls and understand their requirements.

- Coordinate with the Service Team for customer complaints and service calls.

- Schedule and follow up on service visits with the service team.

- Maintain customer details, AMC records, and follow-up reports.

- Prepare quotations and share them with customers.

- Follow up for payments and AMC renewals.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

- Achieve monthly AMC sales and renewal targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

- Ability to coordinate with the service team.

- Experience in AMC/service sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
