About the Role The Amazon Marketplace Operations (Catalog - Account Health - Compliance) Specialist will manage the operational backbone of our clients’ Amazon accounts. This role ensures product listings are accurate and optimized while maintaining account health and compliance. You’ll collaborate with account managers, creatives, and advertising teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of client Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
- Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and manage performance notifications.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content).
- Manage variations,



parent/child relationships, and troubleshoot suppressed or inactive listings.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure product images and content meet Amazon standards.
- Work closely with advertising managers to align operational decisions with campaign strategies.
- Partner with client success managers to ensure seamless communication and reporting.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations: listing creation, account health, and policy compliance.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or equivalent (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
