About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and generating quality leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 100+ connected outbound calls daily from provided databases
- Introduce and explain our services to prospects in a transparent, engaging manner
- Identify qualified leads and accurately record relevant details
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with lead status.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover
- Consistently meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle objections and stay composed under pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel (preferred, not mandatory)
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or a related field are encouraged to apply
