AM / DM - Product Manager (Mortgages) Experience: 5 - 8 years

Responsibilities

- Product Management - Manage new product launches and drive product communication across the organization. Improve existing product policies, processes, and portfolio performance.
- Sales Enablement - Partner with LD to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion.
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Business Analytics - Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports. Analyze market share trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Customer Experience - Resolve customer complaints and escalations within defined timelines while ensuring high service standards.
- Business Growth - Drive sales force transformation initiatives and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.

Qualifications / Desired Candidate Profile





- MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 5-8 years of experience in the mortgage, home loan, housing finance, or retail lending industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit processes, disbursement operations, and self-employed customer segments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical mindset with experience in MIS reporting and business performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business initiatives independently.
