Role: Business Analyst – Departure Control Systems

Desired Experience Range: 5 – 7Yrs.

Location of Requirement: Chennai/Pune/Indore

Responsibilities:

1. Strong hands‑on experience in Airline Departure Control (DCS) domain
2. Practical exposure to one or more DCS solutions such as GoNow, CUTE, Vcheck, Vbag, Max, Nav Blue, Jet Load, etc.
3. Experience in Business Requirement Analysis and Gap Analysis for airport and check‑in operations
4. Ability to analyze AS‑IS and TO‑BE departure control workflows and translate them into system requirements
5. Hands‑on experience in system set‑up and configuration of DCS parameters, check‑in rules, boarding, and baggage flows
6. Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validation artefacts for DCS functionality
7.



Strong understanding of check‑in, boarding, baggage handling, load control interfaces, and operational messaging
8. Experience in system validations, UAT coordination, and business sign‑off support
9. Exposure to implementation and post‑go‑live operational support, including defect analysis and resolution
10. Strong communication skills to coordinate with airport operations, IT teams, and vendors
11. Ownership of deliverables with focus on quality, operational accuracy, and on‑time readiness

Valuable-to-Have:

1. Exposure to airport operations and ground handling processes
2. Understanding of integrations between DCS, Load Control, OCC, and Airline Operations systems
3. Experience working in time‑critical, airline operational environments
