- Prepare accurate and competitive air freight quotations for import and export shipments.
- Obtain and evaluate rates from airlines, GSAs, and freight consolidators.
- Compare carrier rates, transit times, routings, and service options.
- Calculate freight charges, surcharges, handling fees, and other applicable costs.
- Ensure quotations are commercially viable and aligned with company margins.
- Respond promptly to customer and sales team pricing requests.

? Carrier & • Vendor Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, GSAs, and consolidators.
- Negotiate spot and contract rates based on shipment requirements.
- Monitor airline capacity, schedules, and rate fluctuations.
- Secure competitive rates and space during peak seasons.
- Maintain updated airline and vendor rate sheets.

? Market & • Trade Lane Analysis
- Monitor market trends and changes in air freight rates.
- Analyze trade lane performance and pricing opportunities.
- Track fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges, and other market-related costs.
- Recommend pricing adjustments based on market conditions.

? Sales & • Business Development Support
- Support the sales team with competitive pricing for new and existing customers.
- Assist with RFQs, tenders, and large-volume quotations.
- Develop pricing strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and increase business volume.
- Provide alternative routing and carrier options when required.

⚙️ Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure quoted rates are correctly implemented.
- Clarify rate,



routing, and carrier-related issues.
- Ensure pricing information is accurate and updated in internal systems.
- Maintain proper documentation and pricing records.

Required Experience & • Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
- Strong hands-on experience in Air Freight Pricing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of airline rates, air cargo routing, and international trade lanes.
- Experience dealing with airlines, GSAs, and consolidators.
- Solid understanding of freight calculations and surcharges.
- Experience supporting sales teams with quotations and RFQs.
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
