? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Export Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end air export operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Air Export Pricing , Documentation, Customs procedure, Airline coordination, Overseas agent Handling

? Key Responsibilities

✈️ Air Export Operations

• Manage the complete Air Export Cycle from booking to final shipment departure.

• Coordinate with Airlines, IATA Agents, Overseas Agents enquiries and local vendors.

• Handle shipment bookings, cargo planning,

• Ensure timely cargo handover, documentation, and flight movement.

? Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify MAWB/HAWB, shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and other export documents.

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and airline procedures.
- Coordinate for customs clearance and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor pre-alerts and ensure accurate and timely document submission.

? Customer & Agent Coordination

• Communicate with customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status and documentation.





• Provide timely shipment updates and tracking support.

• Proactively resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

? Billing & Reporting

• Prepare and verify job files, costing sheets, invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure accurate billing.

• Maintain shipment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely job closure.

? Skills & Competencies

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Air Export Operations within freight forwarding.

- Robust knowledge of air export documentation and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with airline portals and freight forwarding systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
