Role Description The AI Workforce Transformation Manager is a full time remote role responsible for leading workforce-focused AI transformation initiatives for Strategic Shift’s clients. This role designs and implements AI-enabled workforce strategies, including role redesign, skills mapping, and change management programs aligned with client business objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current workforce capabilities, facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining AI adoption roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working. The manager develops communication and training plans to support employees through AI-related changes, monitors transformation progress against key metrics, and provides ongoing guidance to leadership on workforce risks and opportunities. The role also involves creating client-ready materials, delivering presentations,



and staying current with emerging AI technologies and workforce trends to inform advisory work.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in workforce transformation, organizational change management, or HR strategy, with a focus on technology or AI-driven change.
- Ability to assess workforce capabilities, define future-state roles and skills, and develop structured reskilling and upskilling plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into practical recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of AI concepts, digital transformation, and their implications for work design, employee experience, and organizational structures.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of multiple initiatives in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with strong self-management, accountability, and the ability to build relationships virtually.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Technology Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., change management, project management, AI/digital transformation) are a plus.
- Experience in global or multi-cultural environments and an inclusive approach to workforce design and communication.
