Role Description As an AI Visual Artist at Brainberry, you will collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to design and produce video content using AI-driven tools and workflows. You will interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, generate and refine assets with AI models, and ensure that final outputs align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives. Daily responsibilities include experimenting with AI visual tools, optimizing prompts, iterating on storyboards and motion design, and preparing content for distribution across digital platforms.

You will also contribute ideas to improve production pipelines and maintain consistency in visual style across projects. This is a full time hybrid role based in Indore,



with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, with experience in video production, motion graphics, or digital illustration.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g., image and video generation models, prompt engineering, and AI editing workflows).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop visual concepts, and translate ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Good understanding of social and digital content formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review, refine, and quality-check visual outputs for consistency and brand alignment.
- Comfort working with iterative processes, rapid experimentation, and data-informed creative decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant experience in visual arts, design, animation, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing AI-assisted or digital video work is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
